SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
DIRECTIONS OF USE: Push down on pump dispenser firmly and apply 8 pumps (4ml) of thermal gel evenly to area of choice. Adjust amount dispensed depending on area coverage.
STORAGE: Keep out of reach of children. Store out of direct sunlight in a cool (<25°C), dry place and keep container closed.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Use twice (2) daily and apply 45 minutes prior to exercise. Apply to clean shaven/exfoliated skin.
